Beth Bundonis is the Regional Managing Director for Lovell Partnerships in the East Midlands.

Beth has worked Lovell for many years and now leads our fast-growing East Midlands region from Derby. The region was fully established in 2022 and is now rapidly becoming the partner of choice for housing associations, local authorities and registered providers across the East Midlands.

Lewis is responsible for land, pre-construction, planning, design and engineering disciplines within the region. With over 22 years’ experience within the housebuilding industry working primarily on partnership lead projects across the Midlands, Lewis is well placed to spearhead the ongoing growth of the East Midlands region working closely alongside Beth Bundonis (Regional Managing Director).

Carl Yale is the Regional Refurbishment Director for the Midlands region

Carl is responsible for all the refurbishment and planned maintenance contracts that the region delivers. The Midlands region has successfully completed a full range of work under his leadership from major improvement work through to smaller energy efficiency programmes. He has used innovation in these projects to drive customer satisfaction to the highest levels.
