Providing new build housing for communities across the South West

Our south west region is one of the more recent regions that Lovell has opened, and operates out of our new offices in Exeter. It specialises in partnering work with a wide range of housing associations and local authorities. It also has an excellent land finding capability, working with partners to identify and then develop housing in partnership.

Lovell has a long-standing history of working in this area as it can trace its roots back to Devizes, when it first started as Rendell and Sons. Our first partnership housing project was in conjunction with Swindon council over 50 years ago. The South West region operates across areas of the South-West of England. It has already successfully obtained planning on sites and is looking to develop many more over the coming years.

We are delighted to be working with LiveWest on this ground-breaking development in Exeter. Lovell has been at the forefront of building affordable homes all over the country for 50 years and we strongly endorse LiveWest’s sustainability strategy at Ringswell Avenue.

Reducing electricity bills is a positive step to address fuel poverty. Investing in installing solar panels from the outset guarantees we have all the necessary infrastructure is in place, to enable any future upgrades when technology improves even further.
