Stuart Penn is the Regional Managing Director for Lovell Partnerships in the Midlands.

Stuart is responsible for our Midlands region and has worked Lovell for many years. Since his appointment the region has seen growth that has made it the biggest region in Lovell. That has been achieved by Stuart leading the region into a number of strategic partnerships with Housing Associations, Local Authorities and the West Midlands Combined Authority. This has made Lovell the partner of choice across the Midlands.

Simon Wingate is the Partnerships Director in the Midlands region.

Simon’s primary responsibility is to develop and nurture strategic relationships with key clients including Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Land Agents and consultants to unlock new multi-tenure housing developments.

Simon has extensive experience in acquisition of land for a variety of housing tenures including Affordable, Open Market, Build to Rent and Care. He has been extensively involved in forming partnerships to unlock stalled brownfield sites for multi-tenure housing across the Midlands regions.

Carl Yale is the Regional Refurbishment Director for the Midlands region

Carl is responsible for all the refurbishment and planned maintenance contracts that the region delivers. The Midlands region has successfully completed a full range of work under his leadership from major improvement work through to smaller energy efficiency programmes. He has used innovation in these projects to drive customer satisfaction to the highest levels.
