Lovell's Norfolk-based region has received a coveted industry prize in recognition of its outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction.
Lovell East Anglia, which has offices at Broadland Business Park in Norwich, was handed the 2018 Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction following an independent national survey conducted by In-house Research, in which 90% of homebuyers said they would happily recommend the company.
People who had purchased a new Lovell home over the course of the year were asked a series of questions about their buying experience, with figures revealing that the region had adhered to the very highest standards of customer satisfaction within the property industry.
