Lovell has announced that its national partnerships director, Peter Quinn, is to step down from the company’s Board of directors at the end of 2018.
Peter is retiring after more than a decade with Lovell, the partnership homes division of Morgan Sindall Group. During his time with Lovell, he has played a pivotal role in steering and shaping the company’s highly successful land-led partnership approach which has enabled it to form strategic partnerships with public and private sector organisations across the UK, bringing forward land for development and delivering high-quality new homes across all tenures.
Although leaving his current role, Peter will return to work with Lovell in the New Year as a part-time consultant, supporting both new partnership projects and the business’s continuing expansion into new geographical operating areas.
Lovell managing director Steve Coleby says: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Peter for his immense contribution to Lovell’s growth and business success over the past decade and wish him every happiness in his retirement.
“Peter has the respect of colleagues from across the industry and I am particularly delighted that he is returning to us as a consultant, enabling Lovell to continue to benefit from his close involvement and wealth of expertise.”
