Lovell scores Gold for customer satisfaction

The Scottish division of Lovell Homes has been reconfirmed as an industry leader in customer satisfaction, scoring Gold in the latest independent survey of new homebuyers.

Conducted by research specialist, In-house Research, the survey measures customer satisfaction of new home owners across a range of different criteria. In particular, customers having purchased a home from Lovell during 2017 were asked whether, based on their overall purchasing experience, they would recommend a Lovell home to other homebuyers, 97% of customers completing the survey said they would.

Commenting on the award, Stephen Profili, regional managing director for Lovell in Scotland, said:

The overwhelmingly positive feedback we have received in response to this year’s In-House Research survey means our customer service has been rated Gold once again. It’s great to receive this recognition from our customers and I know that this award is one that everyone at Lovell in Scotland will feel rightly proud to receive.”
