Simone Dhanjal, regional sales director at Lovell, comments: “We’re incredibly proud of Lymington Mews. With our partner Home Group, we set out to deliver high-quality homes that would meet all the criteria for a great first home with excellent design, generous space, energy efficiency and a very convenient location – all at an accessible price. The ultimate judges are homebuyers and people have literally been camping overnight to be first in line for a new property at Lymington Mews and recommending the homes to family and friends.

The What House? judges praised the high quality of the homes and the feeling of permanency at Lymington Mews, describing it as a “fine example of what this kind of partnership can achieve with the right developer”.
