Natasha joins Lovell Homes’ expanding team as field sales manager

Pictured at the company’s flagship Heath Farm development in Holt, Natasha will help manage the sales and marketing of the company’s new-build homes for sale across East Anglia.

She combines strong sector expertise with in-depth knowledge of the local property market, having joined Norwich-based Lovell from estate agent William H Brown, where she managed the company’s new homes business in Norfolk and parts of Suffolk.  Her career also includes significant mortgage advisory experience gained during eight years as area sales manager with The Royal Bank of Scotland, leading a team of mortgage consultants.

Lovell regional managing director Simon Medler says: “Natasha’s new homes experience and local expertise make her an extremely valued addition to our sales team. She will be closely involved as we continue to consolidate our position as a developer of some of the region’s most exciting new-build homes for purchasers on all rungs of the housing ladder.”

“I’ve always been impressed with the quality of the homes built by Lovell,” comments Natasha.  “The care and pride taken during their construction is clear from the high standard of workmanship and quality materials used. I’m also struck by the company’s use of innovative construction materials and techniques – such as those incorporated into homes in our new Heath Farm development – to help make people’s lives easier and enable them to enjoy their homes more. That focus on elevating the customer experience and providing purchasers with new and creative  options for their living space are just some of the things which help set us apart from other home builders.”

Homes at Heath Farm incorporate advanced building technology - including built-in ‘silent floors’ and super-strength plasterboard resulting from Lovell’s trailblazing partnership with British Gypsum. All properties use Gyproc Habito, which is five times stronger than standard plasterboard enabling even heavy items to be hung without the use of power tools. Homes also benefit from Silent Floor – a system offering superior acoustic performance compared to the standard required in Building Regulations, helping eliminate noise between upstairs and downstairs. Lovell is also offering Heath Farm homebuyers the chance to opt for ThistlePro Magnetic Plaster on selected walls. This ingenious product allows pictures, posters and decorations to be easily displayed – and just as easily removed, giving homebuyers’ imaginations free rein. The marketing suite at Heath Farm, Holt, NR25 6JU, is open seven days a week, from 10am to 5pm. Alternatively, please call the sales team on 01263 836003.
