New technical manager appointed as Lovell targets growth across East Anglia

Lovell has appointed Sam Sinclair as regional technical manager for East Anglia.

New technical manager Sam, who joins from NPS Property Consultants where he was a senior project manager, will be a key member of the team as we continue to target growth across the region.

In his new role, based at our Norwich regional office in Thorpe Road, Sam leads the regional technical department responsible for managing pre-construction activities prior to the start of building work on site. This includes coordinating the design process, securing statutory approvals such as planning permission and ensuring that schemes meet other legal requirements. He will work mainly on new housing developments made up of outright sale and affordable homes of up to 200 homes in size.

Sam brings extensive project management experience from his time with NPS, where he successfully oversaw major developments in the residential, care, commercial and education sectors, from conception to completion. He also has significant experience in private residential development having worked as a development surveyor for national housing developer Countryside Properties. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, Sam’s qualifications include an MBA in Construction and Real Estate.

He will be closely involved as we drive forward our plans to grow the residential development side of our business while also continuing to build our highly successful portfolio of contracting work delivering new affordable housing with our partners.”
