Three Lovell Homes developments have been shortlisted in the national First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards 2016.
Lovell Homes’ housing developments at Lavender Grove, Farmborough, north-east Somerset; Lymington Mews in the Chadwell Heath area of Dagenham and Mansfield Park in Harefield, Southampton, are in the running for the coveted property awards celebrating the cream of new homes for people stepping on to the property ladder for the first time.
Run in conjunction with leading property magazine First Time Buyer, the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards event is the largest of its kind. The winners will be announced in a ceremony hosted by TV presenter Nicki Chapman at London’s Waldorf Hilton hotel on 22 April.
Following the initial shortlisting by an expert panel, members of the public will decide the award winners by voting online – to cast your vote! Voting closes on 10 April with everyone who votes automatically entered in a free draw to win £250 of Ikea vouchers.
Lovell’s Hazelwood three-bedroom house style at Lavender Grove is a contender for the title of Best First Time Buyer Family Home for making a high-quality family home in a dream rural location accessible to first-time purchasers.
Lymington Mews – a highly successful development of 418 much-needed new homes, including affordable homes and properties for open market sale, on public land released by the Mayor of London – has been shortlisted as Best Urban Regeneration Project.
Lovell’s two-bedroom Grant House apartments at Mansfield Park are competing for the title of Best First Time Buyer Apartment. These stunning properties have made it possible for first-time buyers to secure a stylish home of their own, at a price they can afford.
Lovell national sales director Justine Elliott says: “We pride ourselves on helping first-time buyers across the UK by building homes which offer them fantastic style, quality and value. It’s wonderful to see three of our developments shortlisted in these important national property awards and our construction and sales teams recognised for the work they do in helping people make one of the most important purchases of their lives – their first home.”
