These awards, one of the most respected in the industry, recognise construction projects across the UK that demonstrate the highest consideration towards local neighbourhoods, the public, workforce and environment. More than 6,500 sites registered for the 2018 awards and only 816 projects were recognised with an award, with Gold representing the pinnacle of care.
Richard Vining, regional managing director of Lovell said: “It’s very important to Lovell that we carry out our construction projects with the greatest care towards our neighbours. The team at Trinity Walk is doing a superb job and it’s very pleasing that their outstanding efforts have been recognised with this top award.”
At Trinity Walk, partners Lovell, the Royal Borough of Greenwich and PA Housing are creating a new community of 674 new homes, close to the centre of Woolwich and Woolwich station where Crossrail launches in December. Half of the homes will have been completed by late summer.
