Housing management, development, asset management and most importantly, the big picture - focusing on the strategic issues CEOs and senior managers are facing – were all part of a networking event Lovell London hosted for 90 colleagues during the annual CIH Total Housing Conference at The Grand Hotel in Brighton.

The networking reception brought together housing professionals from across the South East and London to debate the issues that matter and develop practical solutions to the challenges facing the housing industry.

Among Lovell London’s current schemes in London and the South East are Trinity Walk, a project designed to transform three ageing estates in Woolwich to create desirable yet affordable places for city living, and Wexham Green, a semi-rural development in Berkshire, creating 84 open market sale homes.

The reception was headed by Stuart Gibbons, regional managing director at Lovell London, who commented: “Being able to get a large number of your peers in the same room to debate the real housing issues is also a great opportunity to build on existing relationships and create new ones as we have a number of projects which we hope to bring to fruition over the next couple of years.”
