Priya was previously a bid writer with Lovell. In her new position, she will work with housing associations, local authorities and government agencies to further develop current partnerships and new opportunities across the West and East Midlands. She will also continue to lead on compiling bids and tenders for Lovell which has built 480 new homes in the Midlands this year.
“I’m delighted to be a member of the Land and Partnerships team as the business enters an exciting new phase of planned growth,” says Priya.
“Lovell’s expertise in proactive land-led residential development continues to generate significant opportunities for us across the region. I look forward to working with existing and new partners to bring forward high-quality new homes in the places where they are most needed.”
After graduating from Brunel University London with a first-class honours degree in International Business, Priya originally joined Lovell as a researcher four years ago, quickly gaining promotion to become a bid assistant and then bid writer.
Simon Wingate, Lovell regional partnerships director, says: “I’m delighted that someone of Priya’s undoubted abilities and drive is choosing to develop her career with Lovell. Possessing extensive work-winning expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Midlands housing market, she will play an important role as we continue to work closely with our partners to deliver the new homes which the region so urgently requires.”
