Land Director North West

Stephen Dainith is Regional Land Director for Lovell in the North West.

Stephen has 25 years’ experience in acquiring residential development land and securing planning permissions. He is responsible for securing new mixed tenure land opportunities across the region.

Stephen has held senior management positions for several national housebuilders including Taylor Wimpey, Redrow Homes, Berkeley Homes and Stewart Milne Group.
