Land and Partnerships Manager South Wales

Sarah Smith is the Land and Partnerships Manager for Lovell in South Wales.

Sarah is responsible for finding and securing new land opportunities for residential development across the region and establishing and developing relationships with key local authorities and housing associations to aid the advancement of partnership schemes.

Sarah has 7 years’ experience in the land and planning sector, and prior to Lovell worked for a PLC house builder and the largest housing association in Wales.

Sarah is a chartered RTPI Planner and currently sits on the RTPI Policy and Research forum, in a voluntary capacity, supporting the development of the RTPI Cymru’s planning and related policy positions, and advising on responses to consultations
