We don’t just build homes – we build communities.
At every Lovell site – whether it’s a new build, refurbishment or maintenance scheme – we get involved with a wide range of community and environmental projects to help build stronger, happier communities where people want to live.
We’ll employ local people where we can and take on local apprentices and trainees to bring real economic and social benefits to a community. We work with local schools to talk to pupils about careers with Lovell, and give demonstrations about the importance of site safety.
Consultation with the community begins long before we start work on a development. During regeneration projects, our resident liaison teams spend time with local people, getting them involved in planning and design decisions so the finished Lovell scheme works in harmony with the surrounding area.
When we’re working in people’s homes, we cause as little disruption as possible, keep in regular contact and always leave them with a clean home each evening.
We get involved with local projects and sponsor good causes to help bring communities together. This could be through fitting out a community centre, providing a new football pitch or taking part in community clear-ups.
