Slough Urban Renewal LLP is a 50:50 joint venture property partnership between Slough Borough Council and Morgan Sindall Investments Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Morgan Sindall Group.

SUR is delivering a programme of joint developments and community projects including over 2,000 new homes. To date the JV has completed 20 projects worth over £220m with 3 under construction worth £61m and is currently developing further projects with a total gross development value of £850m.
