We’re the experts in working with our partners to carry out planned maintenance and refurbishment projects that transform people’s lives.
Every year Lovell refurbishes around 20,000 homes across the UK, working with social housing landlords to replace kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors, upgrade heating systems, rewire, re-roof, install energy-saving measures – or anything else they need.
We design and deliver a range of energy-efficient and sustainable solutions including external, internal and wall insulation, draught-proofing, loft and floor insulation and replacement doors and windows.
Keeping residents happy
Our locally-based, community-focused teams ensure that residents are safe, happy and comfortable throughout the refurbishment process. We use our experience to improve homes and communities, and leave a lasting legacy everywhere we work.
That’s why we were the first housing refurbishment specialist to be awarded the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) Quality Mark for contractors on a national basis, for our commitment to working in people’s homes without affecting their daily lives.
Providing expert advice
We can provide practical, expert advice to help our partners increase resident satisfaction and reduce their ongoing maintenance costs, based on our experience of working on individual homes, low- and high-rise flats, care homes and empty properties.
We’re also specialists in non-traditional construction.
At Lovell, we carry out maintenance and refurbishment projects that help transform people’s lives. Our number one priority is ensuring that residents are safe, happy and comfortable throughout the process.
That’s why we stay in constant contact with residents to keep them involved and informed every step of the way. Our expert resident liaison officers (RLOs) are at the heart of every refurbishment project, providing communication and support – before, during and after works are complete.
