We directly employ highly skilled people at every stage of a project, from architects and designers to building trades and customer care teams.
We also take on around 20 apprentices every year as well as management trainees to provide us with the next generation of highly-skilled Lovell employees.
Each of our regions has its own training advisor. Our investment in training means that we provide around four times as many training days per employee as the industry norm.
