Bringing land to our partnerships

Ashley is a chartered surveyor with over 25 years experience working for developers. Prior to joining Lovell, Ashley was at Berkeley Group Plc managing a number of companies and involved in land acquisition and planning in London, Midlands and the South East.

Ashley has a wealth of experience in large mixed use schemes with a focus on unlocking developments and delivering challenging planning consents.

Paul Devaney is the Regional Managing Director for Lovell Partnerships in the North East region.

Paul has more than 33 years’ experience in the industry and join Lovell in July 2021, responsible for establishing a presence in the northeast.

By January 2023, the catalogue of secured and pipeline schemes has allowed the formation of the new standalone North East region to take place much earlier than originally planned.

Robert Adams is the Regional Managing Director for Lovell Partnerships in the Eastern region.

Within his role Robert acts as the figurehead of the business and takes an active role in each of the disciplines, giving guidance and instruction to ensure the overall delivery of the business targets and forecasts.

Having joined the business in 2015, Robert has lead the talented team to become one of the leading housing developers in the region and assisted in setting up several partnerships with preferred RP’s to deliver a strong pipeline of opportunities in the years ahead.

Simon Wingate is the Partnerships Director in the Midlands region.

Simon’s primary responsibility is to develop and nurture strategic relationships with key clients including Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Land Agents and consultants to unlock new multi-tenure housing developments.

Simon has extensive experience in acquisition of land for a variety of housing tenures including Affordable, Open Market, Build to Rent and Care. He has been extensively involved in forming partnerships to unlock stalled brownfield sites for multi-tenure housing across the Midlands regions.

Richard Williams is the Land Manager for Lovell Partnerships in the West.

Richard’s primary focus is in the West where he is responsible for identifying and acquiring housing development sites capable of delivering in excess of 50 new homes.

He is a Chartered Surveyor (RICS) with over 20 years’ experience, having previously held roles at one of the West’s leading firms of surveyors and as Land Manager for a specialist retirement housing developer.

Mark Harris is the Land Manager for Lovell Partnerships in South Wales.

Mark is responsible for finding land opportunities with the potential to accommodate future housing developments across the region.

He has over 30 years’ experience in the land and development sector, including work for housing associations, PLC housebuilders and for his own private consultancy business.

Chris Allison is the Land Director for Lovell Partnerships in East Anglia.

Chris is responsible for procuring new land opportunities for the region. Chris is looking to source new development opportunities across the region, strategic and consented, for sites in excess of 50 dwellings. He is seeking sites to suit Lovell Partnerships' own development programme, as well as sites for our partners, whether it is for contracting or in joint venture arrangements.

Jake Gresswell is the Head of Land and Development for Lovell Partnerships in the South West region.

Jake is a Chartered Surveyor and a specialist in land acquisition and joint venture partnerships, he is responsible for all land and development activity within the South West region. Although there is no upper limit to our aspirations Jake is actively seeking allocated land or sites with the benefit of outline planning permission which have potential for delivering developments of between 50 and 500 dwellings.
