At Lovell we have the expertise of sourcing and bringing land to our partners. We have the flexibility to bring land to boost our clients portfolio of affordable homes and help serve their long term objectives.

Every Lovell region has a dedicated land manager that sources land for both Lovell and for our clients. They work with our partners to identify their land requirements. We then work in an open and transparent manner to provide them with the land they need.

Lovell specialises in partnerships using its extensive house sales expertise which allows us to source land for clients and then develop new housing for both affordable rent and sale.
