William’s Park in Wymondham will see a total of 335 new homes, 224 of which will be available for open market sale through Lovell and 111 will be allocated for affordable housing or low-cost home ownership (shared ownership) and made available through Flagship.
Last weekend saw the eagerly-awaited launch of the development’s marketing suite, which proved a huge success with seven sales and two early bird reservations made already following over 270 enquires being made prior to the launch.
Lovell and Flagship have entered into the innovative joint venture to create much-needed quality developments across East Anglia.
The new LLP has been formed in equal partnership in a bid to create quality developments with a strong focus on customer service in both sale and rental provision.
The venture will also enable both partners to share expertise and resources to identify and secure sites of scale and develop high quality mixed tenure new homes.
