Lovell Partnerships has been awarded a place on the new £750m Innovation Chain North framework (ICN). The framework has been designed to support the delivery of homes for registered providers operating across the north of England and places were awarded on technical competence, price and commitment to social value.

Lee Sale, Regional Managing Director north west, said: “Lovell Partnerships in the North West is delighted to have been awarded a place on the new £750m ICN framework. Lovell has great relationships with members and look forward to continuing working with key strategic partners to deliver much needed affordable homes across the North.”

Social value pledges, including apprenticeships, work experience opportunities and volunteering hours were proposed by all suppliers and through a collaborative approach, will be applied on every new development.

Helen Spencer, Great Places’ Director of Development, said: “We are delighted to be working with Lovell Partnerships on our new ICN framework. We are confident they will be able to work with us and the clients of ICN in delivering the sector’s extensive development ambitions in the North. We were delighted to have a huge response from the market and receive high quality proposals and substantial social value pledges for our communities. We are now looking forward to mobilising the framework and working together on new projects with Lovell supporting us with construction projects across the not only the North West but also in the North East, Yorkshire and parts of the Midlands.”
