Former Places for People Group Executive Director Mary Parsons has joined Lovell Partnerships as Regeneration and Partnerships Director. Mary brings with her vast experience in the design and delivery of complex regeneration and housing projects.

Commenting on Mary’s appointment, Lovell Partnerships Managing Director Steve Coleby says: “We are delighted to have Mary on board, she brings with her vast knowledge and expertise at a really exciting time for Lovell. This year we have announced several new Joint Venture partnerships with leading Housing Associations, most recently with Flagship and Together Housing Group, both designed to tackle the housing crisis in specific parts of the UK. Mary’s wealth of knowledge, not only in her most recent career at Places for People, but in her role as a Trustee and Chair of the Town & Country Planning Association, brings a new perspective to Lovell and will enable us to further enhance our capability as a housing and regeneration partner.”

Mary Parsons comments: “This is a really exciting time to be joining the Lovell team. With the economic focus on ‘levelling up’, Lovell has decades of regeneration and partnership experience in creating sustainable and mixed communities; supported by the strength and expertise of Morgan Sindall Group.  This means working with Housing Associations, public sector partners and local residents to make sure communities thrive long after the construction is complete. This can only be achieved through collaboration and the sharing of ideas as well as a real understanding that the quality, as well as the quantity, of new homes is essential.
