Lovell Partnerships has been awarded the We invest in people, gold accreditation, by Investors in People.  Gold accreditation is widely regarded as the ultimate recognition of a company’s commitment to supporting the development and wellbeing of its people. With only 17% of firms achieving Gold, Lovell Partnerships is leading the way amongst the house building community.

Steve Coleby, Managing Director, Lovell comments on this fantastic achievement: “The Gold award is testament to the Lovell culture and the great people we have working here.  We strive to be a great place to work for all our people and Investors in People recognition is a marker of success in that ongoing journey.”

Achieving the Gold standard requires the total commitment of the business to put the needs of people first and for Lovell, who operate as a decentralised business, this is an even greater accolade, as Jo Howe, Head of HR, Lovell, explains: “Every one our employees should be acknowledged for the role they have played in us achieving the Gold accreditation.    In recent times we have faced our toughest challenges, and this  award really is a huge thank you to the Lovell team for their ongoing commitment, resilience and strength.”

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Lovell Partnerships. Gold accreditation is a fantastic effort for any organisation, and places Lovell Partnerships in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
