The Delivery Partner DPS will build on the work already done through Homes England’s Delivery Partner Panel (DPP3) and will look to make the procurement of a developer as quick and efficient as possible, to accelerate the delivery of residential-led development on land owned by public-sector bodies. The new framework will also allow Homes England to control the speed, quality and type of scheme that comes forward.
