One of the south’s largest housing providers, Abri, has named Lovell Partnerships on its list of partner contractors for a £350m construction framework.

As well as Lovell, 10 other contractors have won a place on the framework to work with Abri on its strategic objective to build at least 10,000 high quality, sustainable homes over the next decade to help tackle the housing crisis.

The framework agreement will also be available for use by members of Wayfarer, a consortium of housing associations, local authorities and charitable partners, helping to share expertise to build more homes across the south.

Andrew Johnston, Regional Managing Director at Lovell in Southern region, said: “Lovell is delighted to secure a place on the Abri framework. This further builds on our continued partnership with Abri following our joint venture announcement to deliver 500 new build homes in Weymouth. Our appointment underlines Lovell’s commitment to partnership housebuilding, affordable homes and regeneration.”

James Pennington, Director of Development at Abri said: “We’re really looking forward to working with partners who share our mutual interests to help build communities that provide social value.”
