Simon Medler, our regional managing director, said: “We love taking part in the annual Run Norwich event, as it raises money for such a fantastic cause benefitting our local community to support disadvantaged people in Norfolk to achieve their goals through sport and boost mental health and wellbeing. It is also a great way to get the team together and exercise, and we include the rest of our East Anglia team in the fundraising too. 2023 is the biggest team we’ve entered to date and it is always such a fantastic atmosphere soaking up the sights in Norwich as we run and enjoying the wonderful celebratory atmosphere on the day. The training has now begun and we hope it pays off when the time comes!”
Last year, Team Lovell raised an incredible £2,800 for the Community Sports Foundation and we hope to raise even more this year.
The Community Sports Foundation is Norwich City Football Club's official charity partner, and helps thousands of people every year achieve their goals through sport, supporting some of the most disadvantaged, disabled and talented people across Norfolk. Its vision is to support, inspire, and improve our community.
The Lovell East Anglia team have set up a Just Giving page and are aiming to raise a total of £3,000 during this years event: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/lovelleastanglia
