We will once again be sponsoring the Holt Festival, an annual arts festival, which will return to the Georgian market town from Saturday 15th July to Saturday 29th July 2023.

Holt Festival features a range of events and stalls from food to music, fine art, theatre and more. The festival also plays host to a variety of actors, poets, musicians, comedians and performers.

Main events for 2023 include actor and comic Julian Clary, Toyah with her five-piece electric band reprising hits including I Want To Be Free, as well as an exhibition of artworks deemed ‘degenerate’ by Hitler called German Expressionists and The Third Reich. There will be top class comedy from The Red Card Comedy Club which will be hosted by the fantastically funny Rich Wilson, outstanding musicianship from Tabea Debus & Samuele Telari who combine their incredible talents in a thoughtfully curated and wide ranging programme, and Holt’s very own, James McDermott, who will read from his poems from his newest collection Wild Life! Pianist Peter Donohoe will also perform too.

Simon Medler, our regional managing director, said: “The Holt Festival brings together the local community and visitors to celebrate art and culture, and have some fun with something for all ages with musicians, poets, actors, dancers, artists and comedians. We’ve been sponsors for the last few years and this year’s festival is set to be one to remember with venues all over town including in St Andrew's Church, The Bookshop, The Venue, and Gresham's.”
