Lovell apprentice Kynleigh Parker, has been shortlisted for the ‘one to watch’ award in the CITB top 100 most influential women in construction 2024. The award focuses on industry newcomers leading the way in championing equality, diversity, inclusion and equality.

The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) ‘top 100 most influential women in construction’ celebrates the influential women who work in the sector. The awards make female and non-binary models more visible to those in the construction industry.

Kynleigh said: “I am so grateful for Lovell for all their support, and being shortlisted for this award is incredible. Knowing that my story has impacted people and has inspired others means the world to me. Generating a conversation about women’s health is important as it’s not spoken about enough.”

Regional partnerships director Sasha Bainbridge, trainee finisher Kim Watts, and development manager Kelly Starkings have also been shortlisted as part of the Top 100 most influential women in construction 2024. The full list of the top 100, and the winners of the awards will be announced at an exclusive gala event which will take place on Monday 30th September 2024 at the Burlington Hotel in Birmingham.
