Leading housing developer, Lovell, is gearing up for a cycling challenge this summer to raise funds for Norwich City Community Sports Foundation.

On Sunday 30th June 2024, 12 members from the Lovell team will cycle 50 miles when they join the Community Sports Foundation’s (CSF), Cycle Swarm, event.

Among the participants from Lovell are: regional managing director, operations manager, site managers, contracts managers, a technical co-ordinator, and a sales executive. The race starts and finishes at the home of Norwich City, Carrow Road Stadium.

Michael Saunders, operations manager at Lovell, said: “Following our successful charity cycle from King’s Lynn to Norwich last year where we raised £3,375 for four wonderful charities, we wanted to raise money for CSF and challenge the team! The Community Sports Foundation does fantastic work for our community and is a charity we’ve supported for many years. The training has already started and we’re hoping to convince a few more members of the team to join us too for the event.”

The Norwich City Community Sports Foundation is the official charity partner of Norwich City Football Club. Its charitable objectives are driving inclusion for people with disabilities, boosting mental health and wellbeing, and supporting disadvantaged people to raise their aspirations.
