Steve oversees all of the Lovell business operations, people and ventures. Steve is FRICS qualified and has a wealth of experience and knowledge within both residential and the wider building / infrastructure sectors.

Steve Breslin, Finance Director

Steve joined Lovell as Finance Director in May 2018 and leads the Finance and IT functions for the business.

 Steve is a Chartered Accountant and has spent most of his career working in senior roles within the housebuilding and construction sector.

Justine Elliott, Sales Director

Justine Elliott is National Sales Director responsible for the mixed tenure open market homes we market and sell.

Justine has over 25 years’ experience within the new homes industry and was appointed Sales Director in 2013 having joined Lovell in 2011 as National Sales Manager. Commencing her career with national housebuilders as a Sales Advisor. Justine has helped develop and grow the Lovell mixed tenure business from 365 homes per year to close to 1,000 homes per year.

David Ward, Managing Director Lovell North

David Ward is the Area Managing Director for Lovell Partnerships covering the North of England & Scotland.

David is responsible for the successful delivery and sustainable growth of the North West & North Wales, Eastern and Scotland business units. has seen the business grow within his time at Lovell in terms of both pipeline and margin and believes the future of the business lies in the expansion of long term partnerships with trust and reliability, underpinning strong performance.

David Gough, Commercial Director and Managing Director Lovell South

David is responsible for the Commercial function and also oversees the Midlands, East Anglia and South Wales & South West businesses.

David started with the business in 1999 joining the Executive Team in 2015.  His entire career has been in housing so he has a wealth of experience of the sector covering refurbishment, newbuild social and open market Housing.

Stuart Gibbons, London Regional Managing Director

Stuart Gibbons is the  Managing Director for Lovell Partnerships covering the London and Southern regions.

Stuart is responsible for all aspects of the business for these two regions as well as being on the Lovell board . Since joining Lovell he and his team have developed a number of innovative projects including joint venture arrangements with local authorities and housing associations. Stuart is a specialist in delivering complex regeneration projects.

John Leary, Major Projects Director

John Leary is the Major Projects Director for Lovell Partnerships.

This national role has delivered two major projects where large sites have to be delivered to a high quality standards and timescales. John has been responsible for all of this. Prior to his current role John was Commercial Director for Lovell for many years.
