Clare Smithson is Head of Human Resources at Lovell where she leads a team to deliver great employee experience to our workforce, and drive the People Strategy across the business in line with our current objectives.

Clare has a wealth of expertise in the housebuilding industry, and takes a keen interest in investing in the skills and careers of the next generation.

Clare sits on the Industry Funding Committee which advises the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) on the implementation of CITB’s Industry Funding Strategy and policy.
