David Carmichael is the Development Director for Lovell Partnerships covering the North of England and Scotland.

David's role is to drive and support the planned structure and growth of the business. A Chartered Surveyor by background David has developed wide experience, over a 30 year career in housing, of all types of housing development but with a specialism in partnership focused housing, housing led regeneration, public and private partnerships and joint ventures.
