Phil is responsible for securing residential land opportunities for both open market sale and contracting to support the development programmes of partners and clients. Phil has over 25 years’ experience in both the public and private sector, in which Partnerships and collaborations have been a constant throughout, and as such he is able to explore the development and implementation of strategic partnerships and JV proposals.
