Bradley Martin is the Land and Planning Graduate within Lovell Strategic Land.

Bradley joined the team in September 2023 after earning his MSc in Real Estate from Heriot-Watt University. He specialises in identifying and assessing potential strategic sites across the UK, supporting the land and planning managers within the team.

Bradley holds a BA Hons in Finance and Investment Management from Northumbria University and is currently pursuing the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) down the Planning and Development Pathway, demonstrating his commitment to professional growth in the real estate sector.
