Managing Director Central

Stuart Penn is the Managing Director Central for Lovell Partnerships, overseeing operations across the Midlands, East Midlands, East Anglia, and Lovell Renew Central.

Stuart brings extensive experience from his many years with Lovell. His leadership and commitment have been instrumental in the Midlands becoming the company’s largest region. This growth has been driven by strategic partnerships with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and the West Midlands Combined Authority.

As a result, Lovell has become the partner of choice across the Midlands, most recently demonstrated in October 2025 by its selection as the preferred developer for the 3,500 home Druids Heath regeneration scheme, in a strategic partnership with Birmingham City Council.
