Trinity Walk, Woolwich

The Royal Borough of Greenwich appointed Lovell in July 2013 as their development partner for the £398 million Trinity Woolwich programme, which will see us redevelop the estate along with the rundown Connaught and Maryon Road and Grove council estates. We were chosen because of our flexible
and collaborative approach to the long-term partnership.

Construction work began on the first phase in September 2014 with the demolition of the Connaught estate. Now known as Trinity Walk, the first new homes were ready for occupation in autumn 2017.This major regeneration scheme will see the demolition of 1,064 homes on the three estates, replacing them with 1,563 new homes built over seven phases in a 13-year construction programme.

This regeneration project is bringing state-of-the-art, energy-efficient homes to the borough while also sparking job creation and economic growth. Through a dedicated programme of investment, partnership working and house-building, we are truly changing the face of this borough for our residents.
