Beth Bundonis is the Regional Managing Director for Lovell in the East Midlands.

Beth has worked Lovell for many years and now leads our fast-growing East Midlands region from Derby. The region was fully established in 2022 and is now rapidly becoming the partner of choice for housing associations, local authorities and registered providers across the East Midlands.

Lewis Charity is the Land and Technical Director for Lovell in the East Midlands.

Lewis is responsible for land, pre-construction, planning, design and engineering disciplines within the region. With over 22 years’ experience within the housebuilding industry working primarily on partnership lead projects across the Midlands, Lewis is well placed to spearhead the ongoing growth of the East Midlands region working closely alongside Beth Bundonis (Regional Managing Director).

Carl Yale is the Regional Managing Director for Lovell Renew Central covering the Midlands, East Midlands and East Anglia.

Carl leads the growth of Lovell Renew Central’s refurbishment and retrofit offering across the central regions.

With over 25 years in the construction industry, Carl began his career with Lovell in 1998 as a management trainee. His appointment as Regional Managing Director in January 2026 reflects his dedication and commitment to the business. A respected and influential figure in housing and refurbishment, Carl also serves on the board of the Sustainable Housing Action Partnership. His leadership, expertise and vision have helped position Lovell as one of the leading main contractors in the sector.
