Steve oversees all of the Lovell business operations, people and ventures. Steve is FRICS qualified and has a wealth of experience and knowledge within both residential and the wider building / infrastructure sectors.

Steve Breslin, Finance Director

Steve joined Lovell as Finance Director in May 2018 and leads the Finance and IT functions for the business.

Steve is a Chartered Accountant and has spent most of his career working in senior roles within the housebuilding and construction sector.

Justine Elliott, Sales Director

Justine Elliott is National Sales Director responsible for the mixed tenure open market homes Lovell market and sell.

Justine has over 25 years’ experience within the new homes industry and was appointed Sales Director in 2013 having joined Lovell in 2011 as National Sales Manager. Commencing her career with national housebuilders as a Sales Advisor. Justine has helped develop and grow the Lovell mixed tenure business from 365 homes per year to over 1,200 homes per year.

Mary Parsons, Regeneration and Partnerships Director

Mary has over 25 years’ experience in the development, construction and regeneration industry; working across the private, registered provider and consultancy sectors. She has been involved in some of the largest housing-led regeneration programmes in the UK working across the private and Housing Association sectors.

Mary is Trustee and Chair of the Town & Country Planning Association and a Trustee of MOBIE, an educational charity established by George Clarke to promote innovation in housing.

David Gough, Commercial Director and Managing Director Central

David is responsible for the Commercial function and also oversees the Midlands, East Midlands, East Anglia, South Wales & West and South West businesses.

David started with the business in 1999 joining the Executive Team in 2015. His entire career has been in housing so he has a wealth of experience of the sector covering refurbishment, new build social and open market housing.

David Ward, Managing Director North

David Ward is the Area Managing Director for Lovell Partnerships covering the North of England & Scotland.

David is responsible for the successful delivery and sustainable growth of the North West & North Wales, North East, Eastern and Scotland business units. David has seen the business grow within his time at Lovell in terms of both pipeline and margin and believes the future of the business lies in the expansion of long-term partnerships with trust and reliability, underpinning strong performance.
