Lovell has worked with Local Authorities for many years on a wide range of projects. Over recent years we have specialised in partnering on longer term relationships which utilise our experience of contracting and sales to make the best use of local authority assets. 

We share risk and reward, and offer our partners a high quality build service combined with sales expertise. We look to the long term on these projects, creating a partnership with the local authority that can last for years.  

 

Over the last 50 years we have forged relationships with Local Authorities all over the country. These have taken many different forms but the key is that we have a close understanding of the needs of the partners we work with.

King's Lynn Partnership

In spring 2014 we signed an agreement with the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk which will see us build up to 1,016 homes across nine sites in the Lynnsport and Marsh Lane areas 2025.
