Lisa - who has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry having worked for Wimpey, Bellway, and Keepmoat - joins the national housebuilder as a sales manager with responsibility for the region’s sales teams.
Lisa joins Lovell Homes, a leading provider of partnership and open-market housing, at an exciting time. The business has recorded a strong start to the year having already secured 40% of its reservations for 2021 and with more than 70 show home appointments booked through its recently launched online booking system.
Lisa said: “I’m delighted to join Lovell as they have such a strong reputation as a positive and supportive employer; I’ve been made to feel so welcome by everyone. I’ve spent the last couple of weeks getting to know the team as well as the various developments and I’ve really been blown away by the quality of the homes and the standard of finish.
“The sales team are fantastic but there is always more to be done to support potential buyers, connect them with their forever homes, and support the communities we’re working within across the entire North West region – I can’t wait to get stuck in.”
Lovell Homes North West spans from South Cheshire to Cockermouth and across into North Wales and prides itself on building homes in desirable, well connected areas to create long lasting communities.
Lee Sale, managing director at Lovell Homes North West, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Lisa to the team. She has extensive knowledge of the industry and her experience is a real asset.
“2020 was certainly a challenging year but we saw the whole North West team rise to the occasion. Despite lockdown and various restrictions, we launched a number of really exciting developments – Roman Heights in the Lake District, Weston Woods located near Nantwich, and Woodlark Chase in Thornton Cleveleys. We’ve already seen a record level of interest across all three sites and our established sites are continuing to sell really well.
“I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved and with Lisa joining the team I know we’re set to continue delivering the best new homes in the region.”
