Construction Management training

Our management trainees get experience in many different aspects of our work. This allows our trainees the ability to assess which area of the industry suits them. Many of our management trainees have progressed within Lovell to senior positions.

T-Levels

We have played a key consultancy role in the governments T-Levels, 2-year qualification for 16 to 19 year olds, with an in-depth 45 day industry placement at the heart of each course. We encourage pupils to engage with us and consider the opportunities the construction industry can offer.
