It defines our culture but goes much further than that.  It’s formed out of 3 key principles that describe what it means to be part of the Lovell team– and importantly, how each and every colleague can contribute to their own, and the company’s success.

Launched in Autumn 2022, the Lovell Way is a simple philosophy every colleague can relate to, and importantly, allows us to be conscious in our actions and behaviour. 

Our three guiding principles are straight forward and grounded in behaviours we can all relate to:

  and we do the right thing. 

The Lovell Way guides how we work with our colleagues and shapes our relationships with our partners and our supply chains.
