HBF 5 star builder status
In 2025 we are proud to have been awarded HBF (Home Builders Federation) 5-star builder status which signifies we have have achieved a high level of customer satisfaction, with over 93% of homeowners surveyed recommending them to a friend, based on the National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey. This status is a voluntary scheme for HBF members, and it reflects our commitment to customer service and quality.
The New Homes Quality Code
We're proud to have signed up to the New Homes Quality Code, published by the New Homes Quality Board, which aims to improve the quality and service standards in the house building industry and enhance protections for new home buyers. It establishes mandatory requirements for registered developers, covering the entire home-buying process from pre-sale information to after-sales service. The code includes a statement of principles, practical steps for developers, and a mechanism for dispute resolution through the New Homes Ombudsman Service.
2025 Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction
This achievement is a strong reflection of our continued commitment to delivering outstanding service and exceeding the expectations of our homebuyers. Based on legal completions from 2024, we achieved an excellent Recommend a Friend score of 95.5%, as provided by 471 of our customers.
