We're an experienced land development company who makes a difference to our communities. We work with both private landowners looking to maximise the value of their land, whether that's through selling to or partnering with Lovell, and with public sector landowners who are looking for innovative, value-led solutions to housing challenges.

Public Sector land development

Lovell works closely with partners to identify and maximise land opportunities through innovative solutions. We have land development case studies that demonstrate the creative ways in which we have been able to unlock sites that had proved difficult to bring to market. We respond to each project's unique factors, working our way around constraints by using our commercial expertise, our technical and regeneration skills and our access to funds.

We have the full range of capabilities to see a project from beginning to end and the local knowledge to understand the unique conditions of each opportunity. Our record of finding solutions to build high quality housing at pace to meet local need is second to none.
