In 2023, we were proud to be recognised at the Business Culture Awards, winning "Best Brand & Values Initiative" for 'The Lovell Way'. Investors in People
In 2024 we were awarded 'Gold accreditation from Investors in People', a mark of excellence that reflects our commitment to empowering and supporting our people. Achieving Gold means we've gone beyond the basics - embedding best-practice people management across the business, with everyone playing a part.
In our first ever assessment for 'Investors in Wellbeing', we proudly achieved 'Silver accreditation'. this places us among just 15% of organisations who meet this standard, demonstrating that wellbeing at Lovell is not just a principle - it's a practice. From leadership to frontline teams, we're working together to ensure our people feel supported, valued and able to thrive.
