Operating in London and the surrounding home counties, we have a well-established reputation for delivering complex projects that leave a long-lasting legacy. We are true to our word, making us the partner of choice for local authorities, housing associations and homeowners. We are proactive partners on all the major regional frameworks including the GLA’s London Development Panel.

Many of our developments are delivered across multi phases within existing residential communities and need careful and sensitive planning and delivery. Our flagship Woolwich Trinity regeneration is delivering 1615 new homes over 6 phases over a 10-year period working in partnership with the Royal Borough of Greenwich

We deliver economic and social regeneration as well as providing much needed new affordable homes. We change the lives of people we build homes for and those who work with us through every aspect of our business - supporting apprenticeships, training, local employment and community projects.

We give our people a platform to act on their big ideas; working with partners to drive Lovell forward as a progressive and innovative company. We are long standing sponsors of Future of London and work with our partners where ever possible to promote diversity and the next generation in the housing industry.
