We have led the way in developing energy efficient solutions to properties, obtaining funding to improve stock to reduce energy bills and carbon footprints. More recently we are fitting new sprinkler systems to high rise blocks to improve safety for the residents, tackled damp and mould issues and are working with our social housing partners on their stock investment and retrofit strategies. 

At the heart of our approach is always putting residents’ needs and wellbeing first. We are working in their homes and effective communication is vital. We were the first private company to achieve TPAS registration 15 years ago, and we have maintained that ever since.
