Our East Anglia region operates from offices in Norwich and Cambridge. We carry out a range of new build projects for partners, but our real expertise is long term partnership work. We do this via joint ventures with local authorities, county councils and housing associations.

Simon Medler is the Regional Managing Director for Lovell Partnerships in East Anglia.

Simon is responsible for our East Anglia region and has worked for Lovell for many years. Under his leadership the region has successfully worked closely with local partners. His teams innovative work with Local Authorities has been particularly ground breaking. Simon has built a sustainable business with a culture underpinned on partnership working and trust.

Partnerships Director East Anglia

Sasha Bainbridge is the Partnerships Director for Lovell Partnerships in East Anglia.

Sasha is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants across the region, helping to establish the long-term partnerships that form the heart of our business and inform the region’s strategic direction. 

Having worked in business development since 2002, she specialises in working with Local Authorities and Housing Associations to determine the correct partnership arrangement to meet their needs.

Ian has over 20 years’ experience in planning and development and will be responsible for securing  new land and development opportunities for Lovell across East Anglia. Ian’s previous work includes Group Head of Planning at Allison Homes, Director of Planning at Lanpro,  and various Local Authority roles throughout the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
