Paul Haden has been selected from a field of more than 10,000 UK site managers and is now amongst 450 who have won a Quality Award, representing the top 5% of those who entered. Paul has now received a Quality Award two years in a row, after also winning last year.
As the most highly regarded competition in the industry, the Pride in the Job Awards celebrate the vital role that site managers play in the building of high quality new homes, ensuring they are delivered on time, on safe sites and to exacting construction standards.
The judging process for these awards began in July 2020, and each site manager was evaluated on their consistency, attention to detail, technical expertise, leadership, interpretation and health and safety skills.
